When arriving to El Gouna you want to be sure that your boat is in a working condition from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave again.Unfortunately many experience a disappointment upon arrival in El Gouna as boats are not working, are not re-fueled or not cleaned properly. Finding a qualified person to repair or maintain your boat is than another difficulty and valuable leisure time is spent to get the boat working again.

When your boat is used according to owner’s manual together with an El Gouna Boat Service Contract, your boat will stay in an excellent condition when the time comes you decide to sell your boat thus increasing the value of your boat.
What is included in the yearly service contract?
- Trail the boat in the water before arrival in El Gouna (excl. slip way launching fee and tractor rental).
A 24 hours notice period is required.
- Excellent cleaning of the boat, inside and outside before arrival.
- Check all engine fluids and refill if needed (fluids not included if refill needed) before arrival.
- Depending on package, multiple times a week boat cleaning with fresh water, re-fueling (excl. fuel),
visual check of boat and engines for errors or failures and flushing the engine with sweet water (if the
boat has a flushing system).
- Discount on service, maintenance and repair hours
- After leaving El Gouna, trail the boat out of the water, cleaning with soap and fresh water and
covering the boat. Parking the boat at your house or the El Gouna boat store (excl. launching fee, tractor
rental and store fees).
- Before we store the boat we will inspect the boat technically to look for any malfunctions. If malfunctions
are found owner will be contacted and if needed it will be repaired. This way the boat will be ready to
use in the next holiday or weekend.
- Boats are cleaned once a day in the morning or evening, which will be planned according to El Gouna
Boat service schedule of service and maintenance.
- A logbook with all information regarding maintenance, re-fueling etc. will be provided.
- Boats with a service contract well get first priority when repairs or service have to be done.
